Admin - Bike Layout

In this section, you will see how to add/ edit a bike layout to the system

Note: You will only need a layout if you have cycling classes.

A – To create a new layout click on “New Room Layout” button.

B – This table will list out all the room layouts you have in the system.

C – When you click on the edit icon, you are able to add or modify the bike layout.

Add/ Modify layout

Once you click on either the edit icon or “New Room Layout” button you will see a screen similar to below.  If you are modifying a layout skip to the next section.

A – Each room layout must have a name associated with it.

B – The room layout is based on rows and columns. You are able to see the total amount of spots available to configure.

C – Left-click on the area where you want to assign a group of items. Right-click once you select a spot. You can assign a group of cycle seats, fan spot, tv spots, speaker spots or instructor spot.

Once you try to assign bike to the system you will have boxes likes the image below. You will have to assign a unique bike number to each bike.

B – Click on “Save Layout” once you are finished creating the bike layout.
